Personal Retriever Widget

Thanks to a new technology Coldwell Banker^® has developed a mini application, called a Widget, that can be downloaded and show you listings directly on your desktop. This application performs the same tasks as the Personal Retriever emails but without having to open a browser, Outlook, or any program. It is there as soon as you turn on your computer.

To download the new Personal Retriever and have it on your desktop, just follow these simple steps below:

1. Download and install the Yahoo! Widget Engine from: http://widgets.yahoo.com/win/
2. Once the engine is installed download the Personal Retriever from coldwellbanker.com: http://www.coldwellbanker.com/real_estate/Personal_Retriever_Widget
3. Once you’ve installed Personal Retriever, right click on it and select “Widget Preferences” to setup the listing criteria you would like delivered to your desktop.
