Company History

| Lanier Sykes Bogen |
Lanier Sykes Bogen entered the real estate business in 1976 after completing her BA degree at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She was one of the first female brokers in Greenville, which has always been her home. She kept her maiden name Sykes in her business name to honor her family’s strong ties to the community.
After running a real estate department for ten years, she started her own company in 1986, and quickly became the #1 real estate Company in Greenville. From her one room, two agent office in her husband’s law office, Lanier Sykes Bogen Realty, Inc. has grown into Coldwell Banker Lanier Sykes Bogen Realty with 11 agents and a market share of 37.7%. The Company’s SOLD statistics go as high as 66% for certain house price ranges. Click here to review the Total Company’s statistics for 2006. Coldwell Banker Lanier Sykes Bogen has ranked as a Coldwell Banker Premier office for nine years.
