Start by finding the appropriate interest rate, then
look across to the column indicating the desired term of the loan. That number is
the interest rate factor. This is the dollar amount required each month to amortize
$1,000 over the specified term. To calculate your principal and interest payment,
multiply the interest rate factor by the total loan amount in $1,000s.
